RESOLUTION NO.                                                                

Title

A resolution in support of construction services guidelines for St. Paul Place Subdivision.

Body

WHEREAS,                     the St. Charles Parish Subdivision Regulations require that an inspection guidance document be prepared and submitted to the Parish Council for approval (Subdivision Regulations. II.F.5.b.); and,

WHEREAS,                     the attached construction services guidelines were prepared for the St. Paul Place Subdivision; and,

WHEREAS,                     the Public Works Department recommends approval of the attached construction services guidelines.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting authorization to endorse the construction services guidelines for St. Paul Place Subdivision. 

                     The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:

 

 

 

 

                     And the resolution was declared adopted this             day of                       , 2019, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
